Give your skin a boost this season with this fragrant treat

We love this summer scented scrub and it’s so easy to make! Coconut oil works a dream on skin as it tops up your moisture levels and smells heavenly to boot, while the zingy grapefruit draws out impurities from your body, helps to reduce water retention and is brilliant at toning your skin. Similarly, pink Himalayan salt works in tandem with your natural body’s detoxification to draw out toxins from healthy cells into your bloodstream, which can then be flushed out with plenty of water. Whip up and use twice a week in the shower for a summer glow!

Ingredients to make one scrub:

Half cup of pink Himalayan salt

Quarter cup of grapefruit juice

Two tablespoons coconut oil

Method:

Mix the ingredients together and scrub all over your face and body.
