natural health woman
About usN atural Health Woman is a holistic hub for women looking to improve their wellbeing while being considerate of their impact on the planet. Our approach to health covers a 360-viewpoint and we believe mental wellness is just as important as physical health. You’ll find this represented in our content on the website. Here, you can learn about the latest in complementary therapies from the world’s leading health experts, as well as tap into ancient rituals and practices to improve your everyday life. Explore new ways to eat, move, live and shop sustainably with help from our experienced writers, and discover the dreamy all-natural beauty brands we champion within our longstanding Natural Health Beauty Awards. There is also inspiring content from our brilliant columnists – including Jo Fairley, Emma Cannon and Jayney Goddard – as well as healthy recipes and easy-to-follow yoga sessions you can do from the comfort of your own home.
Our website is an extension of Natural Health magazine, which was first established more than 20 years ago. During this time, we’ve cemented our reputation as the go-to place for women looking for reliable information about all things wellness and we’re proud to have become one of the UK’s most trusted titles when it comes to complementary health and wellbeing. Our mission is simple: we want to help you feel better inside and out, and our content is designed with you in mind.
We offer a huge variety of thoroughly-researched articles that are all written in a relatable way with product recommendations and practical tips that actually work. To this end, we follow the same strict editorial guidelines when producing content for both our website and our magazine so you can be sure that you can trust what you’re reading. Holly Treacy is the editor of Natural Health and has 15 years' experience in consumer lifestyle journalism. From real life stories and home renovations, to mouth-watering veggie recipes and celebrity interviews, she’s covered a plethora of topics over the years, but it’s in women’s health where her passion is truly found. As well as leading the print magazine, she also heads up the brands’ international beauty awards and over the years has reviewed a huge number of all-natural skincare products.
Wellbeing journalist Claire Munnings has more than 14 years of experience in the women’s consumer magazine industry and specialises in writing about health and wellness. Claire particularly enjoys exploring what it means to have a healthy mind in today’s society, and is always keen to promote the benefits of mindful living and complementary therapies such as yoga and ayurveda. When she’s not writing, you can find her exploring the beautiful Suffolk countryside and breathing in the fresh sea air.
Laura Coppock is senior content creator working across Natural Health and Health & Wellbeing magazines. She has more than a decade of experience in journalism, having started out as a health writer in 2008. With a passion for all things to do with alternative therapies and in particular, women’s wellness, Laura loves discovering the latest trends in natural health and beauty and interviewing top industry experts. In her spare time, when she’s not running around after her two children, she’s usually walking her dog in the woods, checking out the latest skincare products, or stretching out on her yoga mat.
Liz Frost has 15 years' experience in women's lifestyle journalism and creative writing. Over the years, she's worked with some of the biggest experts in the business to craft features that inform and empower women in health, wellbeing, relationships, fashion, beauty, living sustainably and more.
