The problem with the modern recovery industry
For decades, the recovery and mental health space has been built around systems rather than people. Programmes, schedules, group structures, fixed pathways. While these models help many, they often leave little room for individuality, privacy, or emotional pacing. People are asked to enter an environment and adapt to it, regardless of who they are, how they live, or what they are carrying.
In recent years, something has begun to shift. More individuals are seeking support that fits into their emotional reality rather than forcing them into a framework. They are looking for safety instead of intensity. Personal connection instead of performance. Environments that calm rather than stimulate.
Oasis Premium Recovery was created in response to this shift.
A different kind of place to heal
Located in the hills of Marbella, Oasis Premium Recovery does not present itself as a treatment centre. It is a private residential healing residence. A place where a small number of people at a time can step away from the external world and enter an environment designed to support emotional repair, nervous-system balance, and personal reconnection.
Guests live in private, luxury apartments within a quiet coastal residence in Sierra Blanca. The setting feels domestic, calm, and unobserved. There are no clinical cues, no visible operations, and no sense of being part of an institution. This design choice is intentional. Emotional safety begins long before the first therapeutic conversation.
At Oasis, the environment itself becomes part of the support structure.
From treatment to collaboration
One of the most distinctive aspects of Oasis is the way care is built. There are no standardised programmes. No uniform daily schedule. Each stay is constructed collaboratively around the guest.
This approach shifts recovery away from “being treated” and toward “being supported”.
Psychological work remains central, but it is not delivered in isolation. One-to-one and group therapy are woven into daily life alongside holistic practices, experiential work, and wellness routines. The aim is not simply to resolve problems, but to help individuals rebuild their relationship with emotion, stress, the body, and daily rhythm.
How we deliver care
Burnout, anxiety, emotional numbness, compulsive behaviours, and exhaustion often stem from nervous systems that have been in survival mode for too long. We aim to help these people restore their mental health and change their lives to break free from these conditions.
At Oasis, psychological therapy supports emotional awareness, meaning-making, behavioural shifts, and other practices. At the same time, body-based work focuses on calming physiological stress responses and restoring internal regulation. Hydrotherapy, flotation experiences, and therapeutic massage are used to release tension and support physical settling.
Experiential practices add a further layer. Equine therapy, guided movement, immersive meditation, and nature-based sessions engage parts of the brain and body that cannot be accessed through conversation alone. These experiences often create moments of emotional reconnection, insight, and self-trust that feel lived rather than intellectual.
Wellness and daily life at Oasis
Rather than serving as an aesthetic addition, wellness forms a functional part of recovery.
The residence includes mineral and contrast pools, Japanese baths, saunas, hammam-style steam rooms, a 3D meditation environment, fitness and movement studios, and curated outdoor experiences. These spaces support circulation, sleep regulation, mood stability, and physical presence.
Nutrition follows the same principle. Meals are guided by professional nutritional input and prepared by experienced chefs, focusing on nourishment, consistency, and enjoyment. Personalised nutritional planning and optional cooking sessions support guests in rebuilding daily rituals that sustain wellbeing beyond their stay.
Privacy as a clinical value
Oasis treats privacy not as a luxury, but as a therapeutic requirement.
Only a limited number of guests are present at any time. Admissions are discreet. Daily life is protected. There is no group exposure and no social visibility. This low-occupancy structure removes comparison, performance, and the social tension that often accompanies shared recovery environments.
Support that continues beyond the residence
Transformation cannot be contained within a location.
For this reason, every stay at Oasis includes the development of a personalised aftercare plan, equipping clients with the necessary tools to integrate back into daily life. This plan addresses emotional support, therapeutic continuity, lifestyle adjustments, and strategies for navigating daily environments.
By prioritising this, Oasis challenges the traditional focus on residential outcomes alone. The goal is not to create an experience, but to support a lasting internal shift.
Our team
At Oasis Premium Recovery, the experience is defined by its people. The international team brings together specialists across mental health, medical coordination, and holistic wellness, many of whom have their own personal understanding of mental health challenges. This lived perspective allows the team to work with genuine empathy, discretion, and respect.
They collaborate closely around each guest, providing consistent, integrated emotional and lifestyle support. This human-centred, highly personalised approach is what sets Oasis apart and reflects a modern standard of private recovery.
